JumpstartMD is proud to offer a proven program based on Real Science, Real Food, & Real Results – with membership options to best suit your individual needs, lifestyle, and budget.

Your JumpstartMD Journey offers you the opportunity for both in-person or virtual weekly sessions to keep you motivated and accountable. Membership at JumpstarMD offers full access to our weight loss services, with private 1-on-1 coaching, medical supervision, and FDA approved medications for interested and eligible members.

Additional Products and Resources

Supplemental and complementary Products are available to interested members at JumpstartMD. We offer best in class solutions for common or recurring challenges you may encounter on your weight loss journey. We offer a full line of medical grade supplementation including essential vitamins and minerals, vitamin injection therapy, protein shakes aligned with our program, and low glycemic meal replacement or nutrition bars, electrolyte replacement tools, collagen support, and a full line of JumpstartMD Support Packs to assist you on your journey.

 

Member Support Services and Portal Access

Member Care Coordinators are available to assist you in your local center. Find your location here. Should you need assistance outside of your center’s business hours, our Member Support Specialists are available Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm. Call 650-241-6599 or email [email protected].

Your member portal is where you can find your progress report and additional tools and resources for your program. In the member portal you can:

JumpstartMD Membership Options:

 

JumpstartMD Weight Loss

Begin your journey with our Weight Loss membership. This is a monthly membership that offers weekly one-on-one coaching and medical oversight by licensed clinicians. Once you begin your weight loss journey, your exclusive benefits begin on your first visit once you activate your membership. Your first visit will become your billing date and you will be billed monthly on that date as long as you are a member. This is our only weight loss membership option and we suggest you continue with weekly coaching until you achieve your healthy, happy weight. Once you reach your goal you can move to the JumpstartMD Lifestyle program for maintenance support. The JumpstartMD Weight Loss membership requires advance notice of two full billing cycles or two calendar months to cancel. For instance, February 15th to April 15th.

 

JumpstartMD Lifestyle

Once you achieve your weight loss goals you can transition to the Lifestyle program. This is a monthly membership that offers once monthly coaching and medical oversight by licensed clinicians. The Lifestyle membership is offered to weight loss members who have achieved their goal and are no longer interested in weight loss. This is our weight maintenance program and designed to help you sustain your healthy, happy weight for a lifetime. JumpstartMD Lifestyle requires advanced notice of one full billing cycle or one calendar month to cancel. For instance, February 15th, to March 15th.

 

Previously offered membership options (no longer available):

 

The CLASSIC is a monthly membership option that provides only a month-to-month membership.

 

The PLUS is a 6-Month Membership and offers weekly coaching, product discounts, and a lower monthly membership fee. JumpstartMD is committed to providing weekly scheduled coaching sessions, and additional resources to all PLUS members for 6 months of service. Membership fees will be automatically charged each month on your designated billing date. Should you need to cancel your membership prior to the end of your program, JumpstartMD requires advanced notice of one full billing cycle or one calendar month to end your PLUS membership. For instance, February 15th, to March 15th.

 

The VIP is a 12-Month Membership and offers weekly coaching, product discounts, free once monthly booster, discounts on complementary services, and our lowest monthly fee. Membership fees will be automatically charged each month on your designated billing date. Should you need to cancel your membership prior to the end of program, JumpstartMD requires advance notice of two full billing cycles or two calendar months to end your VIP Membership. For instance, February 15th to April 15th.

 

Once your PLUS, or VIP membership has concluded you may continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. Once the CLASSIC, PLUS or VIP is cancelled, you will need to return to the JumpstartMD Weight Loss membership should you need to come back to the program for care and support.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) is available at all JumpstartMD locations. We offer three annual membership options based on your individual needs.

 

  1. Cancellation of BHRT Thyroid or Pills & Creams Membership (12-month commitment) will be effective at the end of the next full billing cycle after delivery of a completed and signed Voluntary Termination Agreement to JumpstartMD. A billing cycle starts on the day of the month you began the program and ends on the same day of the next month.  For example, if you started the program on January 3rd, your billing cycle will run from the 3rd of each month until the 3rd day of the following month.  For termination of a BHRT Thyroid or Pills & Creams Membership to be effective on March 3rd, a completed and signed Voluntary Termination Agreement must be delivered to JumpstartMD no later than February 2nd.
  2. Cancellation of BHRT Pellet Insertion Membership (12-month commitment) will be effective after delivery of a completed and signed Voluntary Termination Agreement to JumpstartMD AND the end of my next three full billing cycles from the date of my most recent insertion for women and my next five full billing cycles from the date of my most recent insertion for men. A billing cycle starts on the day of the month you began the program and ends on the same day of the next month.  For example, if you started the program on January 3rd, your billing cycle will run from the 3rd of each month until the 3rd day of the following month.

 

Health Related Membership Hold Options

There may be specific health or medical related issues that will demand you stop your membership temporarily. We offer a one billing cycle/calendar month leave of absence from the program for clinician approved medical reasons. We will continue to bill you for your membership during your leave and add an additional billing cycle/calendar month to your membership of choice.

 

Membership Fee Payment Information

All initial fees are payable in advance at the start of service. Membership fees will be automatically billed each month on your designated billing date and cover all visits – whether attended or not – during the time period for which they are paid. JumpstartMD accepts payment by credit or debit card only for all fees. For weight loss programs and BHRT, FSA & HSA cards may be used, however we will need an additional credit card on file. We cannot accept cash or personal checks at this time.

 

Additional Fees

Lab fees are not included in the membership fees and additional laboratory work may be ordered by your licensed clinician during your program. Medications can be prescribed to interested and eligible members at additional cost.

 

JumpstartMD Support Pack Subscriptions

Monthly personalized vitamins, minerals, and nutrients delivered right to your door to support your health and wellness goals are now available! Once enrolled, you will receive your support pack(s) delivery directly to you each month. We offer the following packs:

  1. Weight Loss Support
  2. Immunity Support
  3. Daily Vitamin Essentials
  4. Sleep Support
  5. Stress Support

Upon enrollment you will receive an email with instructions on how to manage your subscription. You may cancel at any time within 48 hours of your billing date.

 

Program fees and products purchased are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued.
