What can I expect when I come in for a visit? 

We’ve taken a lot of precautions to help keep you safe. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a text message screening questionnaire, and when you arrive, you’ll be screened again at check in. Contact-free check in is also available by text to notify our staff you’ve arrived so you can minimize time in the waiting area. Beyond screening, we disinfect all surfaces and equipment thoroughly between members, and we maintain physical distancing everywhere possible. 


How is JumpstartMD protecting members and staff? 

 We’ve implemented the following safety precautions to help protect our members, staff and our communities: 

  • We’re screening every member at check in. 
  • Visitors are limited to help protect members and our teams. 
  • Masks are required for everyone entering any JumpstartMD center. 
  • Waiting areas are tailored for physical distancing. 
  • Every member room undergoes extra cleaning between each appointment/visit. 


Does JumpstartMD offer telemedicine?  

Yes we do. Telehealth video visits are a great way to see your JumpstartMD team in the comfort of your own home. These visits allow us to see you through a video call using your computer or smartphone.
