Initial exam

During your initial exam, our staff and licensed medical professionals will review your medical and weight history and design your personalized action plan. Your visit includes:

Weekly one-on-one visits

Each week, you will have a private counseling session with one of our health experts – many of whom once struggled with weight themselves. In this supportive environment, we’ll track your progress, address your unique challenges, and supply you with the skills you need to make sound decisions every day.

Food

Eating healthy isn’t about deprivation. We help you design a delicious low-fat, lean-protein, low-carbohydrate, meal strategy enjoying whole, fresh foods. We don’t try to sell you chemically processed, prepackaged meals. Instead, your personal diet will consist of foods you already love, enabling you to lose weight quickly. Each week, we monitor your health and progress, measuring your blood pressure and providing essential amino acid and vitamin supplements. We also discuss the possibility of including FDA-approved prescription medication to assist with appetite control during your program.
