Initial exam

During your initial exam, our staff and licensed medical professionals will review your medical and weight history and design your personalized weight management plan. Your visit includes:

  • Measurement of weight and blood pressure
  • State-of-the-art body composition and metabolic analysis
  • Lab panel
  • EKG (electrocardiogram)
  • Optional essential amino acid/vitamin injection
  • Multivitamin with chromium picolinate
  • A brief review of our guidebook and daily tracking tool

Weekly one-on-one visits

Each week, you will have a private counseling session with one of our health experts — many of whom once struggled with weight themselves. In this supportive environment, we’ track your progress, address your unique challenges, and supply you with the skills you need to make sound decisions every day.

Food

Eating healthy isn’’t about deprivation. We help you design a delicious low-fat, lean-protein, low-carbohydrate, meal strategy including whole, fresh foods. We don’’t try to sell you chemically processed, prepackaged meals. Instead, your personal diet will consist of foods you already love, enabling you to lose weight quickly. We gradually introduce a moderate exercise program to help you gain energy, build strength and keep the extra pounds off. We work with you to develop a customized routine that’’s fun and sustainable. See a sample exercise routine.

Medical supervision

Each week, we monitor your health and progress, measure your blood pressure and provide optional essential amino acid/vitamin injections. We also discuss the possibility of including FDA-approved prescription medication to assist with appetite control during your program.
